New Delhi, Feb. 12 -- Bharat Forge posted its results for the quarter ended December 2026 (Q3FY26) on Thursday, December 12. The company posted a standalone net profit of Rs.288 crore, down almost 17% from Rs.346 crore in the same perios last year.

Its standalone revenue from operations also marginally, 0.6% to Rs.2983.7 crore in Q3FY26 as against Rs.2096 crore in year-ago period.

On a consolidated basis, the company reported its revenue rising 25% year-on-year to Rs.4,343 crore from Rs.3,476 crore in the year-ago period while net profit climbed 28.2% year-on-year to Rs.273 crore, up from Rs.213 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
