New Delhi, Nov. 12 -- The Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC) of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has forecast that the aurora borealis, or northern lights, could be visible across large parts of the northern United States on Wednesday night (November 12).
