New Delhi, June 10 -- Apple's new iOS 26 operating system was unveiled at the WWDC 2025 event in Cupertino on Monday. The new OS brought about a significant redesign of UI with adoption of new Liquid Glass material across the interaface while also adding a number of other features. However, one news that went under the radar was how Apple has ended support for three of its older devices with iOS 26.

While Apple had not not removed any phones from its supported list last year, the company has given the boot to three iPhones released in 2018. These phones are: iPhone XR, iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max.
