New Delhi, May 21 -- Private hospital network Manipal Health Systems Pvt. Ltd, the majority shareholder of Aakash Educational Services Ltd, on Wednesday sent a legal notice to audit firm EY in relation to an ongoing conflict in the Byju's insolvency process.

This comes after Aakash, the coaching institute acquired by Byju's in 2021, asked EY through multiple letters from January to 17 May to disclose all documents and communication in relation to transactions involving the company.
