New Delhi, Nov. 25 -- Billionaire Gautam Adani-led conglomerate's flagship company, Adani Enterprises, on Tuesday, 25 November 2025, opened its mega Rs.25,000 crore rights issue on the Indian stock market, a move which is set to value the firm at nearly Rs.2 trillion.

The mega rights issue move is likely to catapult Adani Enterprises' valuation to nearly Rs.2 trillion based on the issue price of Rs.1,800 per share, marking a discount of almost 24% for the shareholders.

The proceeds from the rights issue are set to be used for infrastructure projects, including airports, data centres, green hydrogen, roads, PVC and copper smelting capacities.
