Operation Sindoor, May 19 -- Amid the heated row on Trinamool Congress MP Yusuf Pathan no longer being a part of the Centre's Operation Sindoor outreach program, TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee claimed that no request came to the "mother party" for names for the delegation.

"They (Centre) cannot decide the name. If they request the mother party, the party will decide the name. This is the customary; this is the system. We are with the Central Govt regarding external affairs policy and we are fully supporting them," Mamata Banerjee told reporters.

Trinamool Congress MP Yusuf Pathan, however, will not be participating in the Central government's 'Operation Sindoor' foreign outreach, sources said on Monday.
