New Delhi, Feb. 17 -- US and India's trade relations are in the face of a significant turn where United States President Donald Trump's reciprocal tariffs on India are likely to turn out as white noise rather than a major impact, according to an SBI Research report.
"Tariff reciprocity may turn out be more of white noise," as per the research report.
The report estimated that the overall US imposed incremental tariff levels at 15 to 20 per cent would limit the impact on exports to the US only in the range of 3 to 3.5 per cent, which can be squared off by higher export goals of India.
