New Delhi, Aug. 24 -- Reliance Infrastructure Limited (RInfra) has issued a statement addressing recent media reports concerning the CBI's actions involving Reliance Communications (RCom) and Anil Dhirubhai Ambani.

The company firmly clarified that these developments have no effect on its business operations, financial health, or stakeholder interests, PTI reported.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) launched searches at premises linked to Reliance Communications and Ambani's residence, following a complaint from the State Bank of India (SBI).
