New Delhi, June 18 -- Donald Trump on Wednesday, drummed up credit for 'stopping' India-Pakistan 'war'. The US president has been insistently announcing credence for pausing the India-Pakistan conflict that flared up after the Pahalgam terror attack, which killed 26 people on 22 April. India retaliated for the attack by launching Operation Sindoor on Pakistan during the night of 6-7 May.
"Well, I stopped the war.. I love Pakistan. I think Modi is a fantastic man. I spoke to him last night. We're going to make a trade deal with Modi of India. But I stopped the war between Pakistan and India," US President Trump said Wednesday, quoted PTI.
