New Delhi, March 26 -- Filmmaker Hansal Mehta and actor-politician Kangana Ranaut engaged in a war of word on social media on Tuesday as a political storm flared up over Comedian Kunal Kamra's comments targeting Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

Kangana Ranaut said on Tuesday that Kunal Kamra's case differs from the demolition case related to her Mumbai bungalow in 2020.

The Mandi BJP MP was referring to the demolition of her property in Pali Hill, Bandra, in September 2020. The BMC had demolished part of her property on grounds of unauthorised construction.
