India, Sept. 5 -- On the occasion of Teachers Day, celebrated in India to mark the birth anniversary of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on September 5, internet search engine giant Google has put up a doodle on its home page showing an octopus conducting multiple intelligences based multi-disciplinary lesson on fish in an underwater classroom.
"The doodle aptly depicts the emergent roles of a teacher as multi-modal presenter and facilitator of learning. The teacher, in the present times has to be process-based who passes on more and more learning responsibility to students in a differentiated and inclusive way.
