SHILLONG, Dec. 13 -- Traditional heads under the banner of 'Synjuk Ki Nong Synshar Shnong Ka Bri U' (SKNSSKB) has expressed deep anguish and concern over the passage of the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB) Act, 2019 in its present form in both houses of Parliament and the enactment of the same by the assent given by President of India, Ramnath Kovind.In a statement issued on Friday, Secretary of the Synjuk, R.
