SHILLONG, May 28 -- Meghalaya's COVID-19 active cases rises to 8 as one more returnee from Haryana tests positive on Thursday. This was informed by the Chief Minister, Conrad K. Sangma through a post on his twitter handle.He further informed that the positive case is in Tura and is currently under quarantine. It may be mentioned that the rest of the active cases are also returnees from Chennai, Delhi and Haryana.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in Meghalaya rises to 21 with 12 recovered, 1 deceased and 8 active cases.
