
Sri Lanka, June 17 -- Fish with Herb Sauce Ingredients
400g Fish fillet cut into pieces 2tbs Lime juice 1tsp Salt 1/2tsp White pepper 2tbs Parsley chopped 1/2tsp Thyme (Mix together and marinate fish)
In a pan heat two tablespoons butter, one tablespoon oil and pan fry fish. Add two tablespoons chopped onion and 1/4 cup water and cook the fish for 7 - 8 minutes.
Herb Sauce Ingredients
1tbs Butter 1tbs Flour 2tbs Onion chopped 4tbs Parsley chopped 1/4tsp White Pepper 1/4tsp Thyme 2tbs Dill leaves chopped 1/2 cup Fresh Cream 1tsp Lime Juice 1 cup Milk 1/2tsp Salt Method
Melt the butter in a pan, add onions, thyme, flour, and cook for one minute. Add milk and stir. Add remaining ingredients, cook on low flame and lastly add fresh cream. Place the fish on a plate and pour the sauce over, Sprinkle chopped parsley on top, Serve with pasta. Pan Fried Chicken with Orange Sauce Ingredients
4 Chicken whole legs ( give two deep cuts ) 1 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder 1 tsp Pepper 2 tbs Cooking Sauce or Red Wine (Marinate)
Marinate the chicken with above ingredients and set a side for 11/2 hours.
Method
Add above ingredients into the fried chicken pan, cover with a lid and simmer for15 minutes, until it becomes a thick sauce, Lastly skin two oranges, slice it and add into the chicken. Serve hot with pasta. Ingredients

Method
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry the chicken on both sides for 8 - 10 minutes.
