Lucknow, Nov. 28 -- Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government is planning to develop its Western and Central region into hub for auto and electric vehicle industries with a vision to make the state a USD 1 trillion economy.
To boost the MSME sector the state government has chosen Agra, Shahjahanpur, Aligarh, Prayagraj, Saharanpur, and Etawah.
For setting up of big enterprises to encourage the auto industry Gautam Budh Nagar, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Hapur, Kanpur Nagar, and Meerut have been chosen.
