New Delhi, Nov. 28 -- The Khadi India Pavilion at India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2022 registered a record sale of Rs 12.06 crore and the entrepreneurs received supply orders of various products which would be beneficial for marketing of their products in future.
It showcased some of the premium Khadi garments, village industry products produced by Khadi artisans in rural surroundings; Muslin khadi from West Bengal, Pashminas from Jammu and Kashmir, Patola silks from Gujarat etc, said a press release.
Chairman of Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Manoj Kumar felicitated all the artisans and participants with certificates and thanked them for their participation in the trade fair which concluded on Sunday.
