Special Forces kill 5 Taliban, ISIS militants; destroy multiple caches of weapons

Afghanistan, Nov. 18 -- The Afghan Special Forces killed five Taliban and ISIS militants and destroyed multiple caches of weapons in four provinces in the past 24 hours.

The military officials said Monday the Special Fores killed three Taliban militants and detained two others during a raid in Pashtun Kot district of Faryab province.

The officials further added the Special Forces killed two ISIS Khurasan militants and destroyed a small cache of weapons of the group in Kot district of Nangarhar.

The Special Forces destroyed another cache of weapons of ISIS Khurasan in Achin district of Nangarhar, the officials said, adding that the Special Forces destroyed a large drug cache of Taliban and a weapons cache in Deh Yak district of Ghazni and...
