Srinagar, Jan. 20 -- The National Democratic Party Indian (NDPI) has expressed a serious concern about e-tendering scam in Geology and Mining department.
Rajesh Gupta President of NDPI J&K UT unit urged Lieutenant Governor of J&K UT Girish Chandra Murmu and demanded an enquiry in ongoing e-tendering process of Geology and Mining department in various districts of Jammu.
Rajesh Gupta alleged that the District Mining Officer (DMO) Kathua in recent bid on Saturday could not give relevant timings according to given rules to bidders which allegedly showed the e-tendering process of various mining blocks was compromised to benefit select old mining mafia players.
