MASERU, Sept. 1 -- The Prime Minister (PM) Dr Moeketsi Majoro has explained at length on the need for the continuous bilateral engagements with the neighbouring South Africa (SA).

This he said at a press briefing at Flying Doctors Service airport this past Friday. The much anticipated briefing was also expected to welcome the two Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) members (Private Rorisang Moepi and Private Dumile Tsoeunyane), who were arrested on July 19 by members of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) while tailing the alleged livestock thieves reported to have stolen Basotho cattle in Mosaqane, Qacha's Nek and had fled to SA.
