MASERU, Dec. 10 -- On Friday, Media Institute of Southern African (MISA) Lesotho awarded certificates to 30 children who participated in the Children in Media program.

The program is a collaborative effort between MISA and United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and is organized in line with the world children's day. The day was first established in 1954 as Universal Children's Day and is celebrated on November 20 each year to promote international togetherness, awareness among children worldwide, and to improve children's welfare.
