MASERU, Dec. 3 -- Being pregnant and infected with HIV at a tender age of 17 seemed like a life sentence for 'Nete Makara however 8 years later she is still strong and in pursuit of her dreams.

Addressing attendees at the World Aids Day commemoration at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (LUCT) Makara shared how her life became a nightmare when faced with the reality of becoming a teenage mother dealing with an HIV infection that would ultimately become full blown AIDS.
