Hyderabad, Dec. 6 -- All four accused persons in the veterinary doctor Disha's gang rape and murder case were killed in an encounter by the police. The incident happened at about 3.30 am on Friday.
According to sources, the accused persons - Areef, Shiva, Naveen and Keshavulu, were taken to the spot near Tondupally Toll Gate where they committed the heinous crime on November 27 to re-create the crime scene. However, when they reached Chattanpally under-bridge, they tried to flee from the spot after snatching the weapons from the police personnel. Consequently, police fired in self defence killing all four accused on the spot.
The bodies of all the accused were shifted to Mahaboobnagar Hospital for post mortem.
