Hyderabad, April 15 -- Dr MCR HRD Institute of Telangana rolled out the first-ever Foundation Course (FC) in the country for Group A Officers (Probationers) of Military Engineer Services (MES),sponsored by Ministry of Defence, Government of India today.
Major Gen.
