New Delhi, Feb. 25 -- The death toll in a violent clash over the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA) protests in North-East Delhi touched seven, which includes a policeman and six civilians, while more than 20 civilians and 10 cops are still undergoing treatment in Delhi hospitals, officials said on Tuesday.
