Ranchi, Dec. 6 -- Former Union Finance Minister and senior Congress leader P Chidambaram on Friday said the Raghubar Das government of Jharkhand has become synonymous with backwardness and incompetence which will be the cause of BJP's defeat in the assembly elections.
