Kolkata, May 23 -- The CBI, which is probing the post-poll violence across West Bengal, has summoned ruling Trinamool Congress leader Anubrata Mondal to appear before the investigation officials at the CGO complex here on Tuesday, sources said on Monday.

TMC's Birbhum district president Anubrata Mondal, who had appeared before the Central Bureau of Investigation officers in relation to cattle smuggling case on May 19, has been asked to depose before the probing officials in regard to post-poll violences at 1 pm (Tuesday) at its Salt Lake office in the city.
