India, Jan. 19 -- Patna and Gurugram-based agritech startup DeHaat has raised $30 Mn in a Series C funding round led by global consumer internet group Prosus Ventures (previously known as Naspers). Existing investors Sequoia Capital India, Entrepreneurial Development Bank FMO, Omnivore and AgFunder also participated in this round. Dexter Capital was the exclusive advisor of this funding round.

DeHaat plans to use this funding to expand its network to different geographies, strengthen technology in deep tech and data science. The company is also looking to expand its value-added services for farmers, and make strategic investment and acquisitions.
