India, Feb. 1 -- The government will provide access to key data and maps from the PM Gati Shakti portal to support public-private partnerships (PPPs) and assist the private sector in project planning, finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced in her budget speech on Saturday (February 1).

"For furthering PPPs and assisting the private sector in project planning, access to relevant data and maps from the PM Gati Shakti portal will be provided," the finance minister said.
