IMPHAL, June 26 -- A woman has today lodged a complaint to Manipur Human Right Commission (MHRC) that her son who is an assistant engineer at Public Works department has been allegedly violated of his rights by the commissioner and secretary of Works department, by not considering his promotion to an executive engineer.
The woman named Ngangom (O) Indrakeinya Leima, mother of Ng. Senior, AE/PWD, Kwakeithel Akham Leikai alleged in her petition filed to MHRC that the respondents ( commissioner and Secretary of works department ) has not even taken up the representation filed by his son on August 4, 2017.
