IMPHAL, Aug. 21 -- United Committee Manipur UCM has written an official memorandum to PM, Narendra Modi regarding the matter of the Naga Peace Talk and has expressed dissatisfaction over the fact that they have not received any response from the central government of India.
President of Sunil Karam stated this during a press conference held today at the office of Committee located at Lamphel.
