Manipur, June 29 -- To observe the birth anniversary of late Dr Thingnam Kishan, Dr Thingnam Kishan Foundation (DTKF) along with the family members and well wishers of the foundation on Sunday carried out a tree plantation drive at the proposed permaculture site 'Urum Warum' at Langjing Imphal West.

In view of the current COVID-19 lockdown, the annual memorial lecture organised by Dr Thingnam Kishan Foundation (DTKF) remained cancelled for this year, said a release. The foundation has been organising a series of lectures annually to mark the birth anniversary of Dr Thingnam Kishan on June 28, it said.
