IMPHAL, Sept. 16 -- Governor of Manipur, Dr. Najma Heptulla today announced that the State would be hosting an international conference with a United Nations agency, possibly United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) to help tackle issues relating to drug menace, HIV/AIDS problems in the region.
The governor was interacting with media on the sidelines of 13th foundation day of Manipur State Commission for Women at Hotel Imphal, which she attended as chief guest.
