Manipur, April 22 -- The Kuki Students' Organisation - Moltam Block has vehemently condemn the incident on April 20 where unknown armed groups opened fired at late evening on April 20 near the villages of New Keithelmanbi, Khoken, Saheibung and other surrounding villages.
It may be mention that the incident took place at a location not far from the 9 Sector Assam Rifles headquarters, Kotlen and Kangchup Assam Rifles outposts and New Keithelmanbi Police Station, said a release.
