Manipur, June 28 -- An earthquake of 4.0 magnitude jolted Manipur near Ukhrul on Sunday morning. However, no reports of property damage or casualties have been reported so far.

According to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS), the earthquake occurred at 11:24 am. The depth of the quake was 60 km while the coordinates of the epicentre are 24.74 (latitude) and 94.40 (longitude), it said.

"Earthquake of Magnitude:4.0, Occurred on 28-06-2020, 11:24:37 IST, Lat: 24.74 & Long: 94.40, Depth: 60 Km ,Location: 22km SSW of Ukhrul, Manipur," the National Centre for Seismology tweeted.
