Manipur, Aug. 21 -- Chief Judicial Magistrate, Imphal West has directed to submit medical reports concerning the bail prayer filed by principal, Standard Robarth Higher Secondary School, Pheiroijam Landhoni and her daughter, Pheiroijam Ningol Karam (O) Romita Devi in connection to the death of Babysana.
Bail prayers submitted by the wardens of the school hostel, Kamei Ileen and Nongmaithem Jinty were rejected by the court.
Landhoni and her daughter Romita are in judicial custody in connection to the death of Babysana under section 305/34IPC and 75JJ Act, added with 302/420 IPC.
