Manipur, Nov. 12 -- Congress MLAs are all set to leave Imphal for Delhi to call upon Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, said former chief minister Ibobi Singh. In this regard, appointments have been sought, he added.

Speaking to the media at his official quarter located at Babupara on Tuesday, Ibobi said the people of Manipur need to welcome the conclusion of the Naga peace talks as Nagas are also inhabitants of the state. However, no provision to harm Manipur territorial boundary in the future must be included in the outcome, he asserted.
