Manipur, March 15 -- There is nothing new about the understanding that politics and governance are related by two different entities. The first generally tend to project itself as grand and visionary, while the latter is generally left to complete the rather mundane but vital functions of tackling routine matters of daily governance without which entire nations can become dysfunctional and ultimately collapse.
