IMPHAL, Oct. 5 -- A three-day-long Model United Nations Conference that focuses on educational simulation or academic activity was kicked off today at Hotel Classic Grande, Chingmeirong under the theme "Coadulate Contra Conflict".

It is the first-ever conference held in the state which is organised by Polaris International Model United Nation, Shillong in association with Maria Montessori School, Imphal.

While addressing the function as the chief guest, governor, Najma Heptulla lauded the organisers, stating that the conference which will help in developing extra-curricular activities and innovative ideas among youth.
