IMPHAL, April 22 -- The 7th Nongyin Manipuri Music Video Awards 2019 was distributed today at Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDS) Palace Compound organised by Film Forum Manipur.

Delivering his speech as chief guest of the function, director art and culture, A. Shivadas Sharma said that youth of present generation are highly skilled in film making practically but maximum of them do not pursue any degree in the said subject.
