THOUBAL, July 17 -- A candidate who reportedly failed to clear the recently conducted BSc Geology Honours Final Semester exam conducted by Manipur University (MU) has been revealed to be the 3rd position holder of the whole State. The concerned candidate is Arina Begum of Nongpok Sekmai who is a student Waikhom Mani Girls College, Thoubal.
