London, Jan. 9 -- The judgment in the Nirav Modi extradition case will be delivered in the Westminster Magistrates Court on February 25, judge Samuel Goozee announced. Modi's lawyer Claire Montgomery objected to the extradition request and alleged a lack of a prima facie evidence to prove India's charge that he conspired to defraud the Punjab National Bank in Mumbai. However, Helen Malcolm of the Crown Prosecution Service, who is representing India, said, "There is multiplicity of evidence" that Modi indulged in fraud in relation to seeking loans from the bank.
