Centre's physicist to help MPCB tackle problem
Mumbai, May 18 -- The Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) has consulted a physicist with the Central government to understand how to address concerns of light pollution. MPCB said it has received several complaints from citizens about high intensity lights at busy construction sites in Mumbai, but could not respond to them since there are no laws to regulate this issue....
