The dupatta has set a new bridal trend: Blessings in Sanskrit beautifully embroidered on dupattas, saris and blouses. A large number of brides are queuing up at designer studios and local tailors to get such outfits customised. "After Deepika's wedding, clients want similar dupattas. Couples are also asking for mantras such as Gayatri Mantra, Ayushman Bhava, and Shri Ganeshaya Namah on their outfits," says Delhibased designer Aamir Rajput . Mumbai-based designer Nachiket Barve says that brides these days want a personal touch to be given to their wedding lehenga, and that's why this trend is a hit."No two brides want their outfits to be the same. Sanskrit shlokas on outfits have become very popular after girls saw it on Deepika. Some also want phrases such as 'forever together', 'love is forever' on their wedding outfits for a personalised touch," he says....
