Chandigarh, May 12 -- The Department of Gastroenterology at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh was organized a patient's education program on Saturday for patients suffering from inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Over 150 patients from North India attended the event. Prof Rakesh Kochhar welcomed the patients and informed how IBD is increasing and has become a major gastroenterological problem in the region.
