Ludhiana, May 16 -- Campaigning for the Lok Sabha elections, scheduled here on May 19, will end on the evening of May 17, with a complete ban on campaigning through print media, electronic media, cinema halls, loudspeakers and other publicity mediums. Besides this, pre-certification of political advertisements in print media will be mandatory. For this, candidates need to apply with the media certification and monitoring committee (MCMC).
