India, Nov. 10 -- For centuries, traditional home remedies using simple kitchen ingredients like fresh fruits, turmeric, and curd, have been an integral part of beauty routines, passed down as quick and natural ways to achieve glowing skin. Exfoliating scrubs refresh the skin, but the granules can be harsh. Coffee and sugar scrubs might create tiny tears in sensitive skin, so it's best to use them with caution. But there are some kitchen remedies that are gentler and may soothe most skin types. Dr Jangid suggests options like aloe vera gel, which provides lightweight hydration; ubtans, a mix of gram flour and spices that works as a gentle scrub; and egg masks, which can temporarily tighten the skin for a quick refresh. These remedies can be a safe choice for those without severe skin issues....
