Sri Lanka, April 18 -- Police in Nawalapitiya are searching for a 20-year-old man who went missing while swimming at Galaboda Falls.The missing individual has been identified as a resident of Nawalapitiya.He had gone to the falls with four of his friends yesterday morning (17).It is reported that the group did not inform their families and entered the falls without purchasing tickets at the main entrance.They allegedly used an unauthorised shortcut through the forest above the falls to reach the location.Police stated that the missing man went swimming from an unsafe area near the falls and subsequently drowned.He is said to be employed at a bookstore in the Colombo area.He had returned home for the Sinhala and Hindu New Year holidays and...
