Sri Lanka, July 12 -- The Colombo High Court has postponed the money laundering case filed by the Attorney General against Yoshitha Rajapaksa, son of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, and his relative, Daisy Forrest.
The case will be recalled on July 28.
The postponement was due to the presiding judge currently being on leave.
The Attorney General has accused Yoshitha Rajapaksa and Daisy Forest of illegally acquiring assets and property amounting to nearly Rs. 73 million, thereby committing an offence under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
