Sri Lanka, May 16 -- National Freedom Front leader Wimal Weerawansa, on Thursday (15th), described the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) as having become a "political den" as it marks its 60th anniversary.
Speaking at a press conference in Colombo, Weerawansa stated that the JVP, founded by Rohana Wijeweera, has devolved into this state.
He also mentioned that the NFF would offer conditional support to opposition parties in forming local government bodies.
