Sri Lanka, Feb. 5 -- A wedding in Bihar, India, was called off midway after the groom's family alleged there was not enough food for their relatives and guests.

Despite most wedding rituals being completed, tensions escalated between both families, leading the groom's side to refuse to proceed with the marriage. The bride's family then lodged a complaint with the police.

According to Indian media, the groom expressed his willingness to continue the wedding, prompting police to summon both parties for discussions. Eventually, an agreement was reached, and the remaining wedding rituals were performed at the police station, finalizing the marriage.
